Vitablizz ("we", "us") built the Vitablizz App to keep your health information private. The short version: the app does not collect your personal data. Everything you record stays on your device.
1. Information the app uses
- Apple Health (HealthKit): with your permission, the app reads step count, walking distance and active energy to show your progress, trends, widgets and Watch complications. It may write activity data back to Apple Health to keep your goals in sync.
- Motion & Fitness: with your permission, the app reads your iPhone and Apple Watch motion sensors for live steps and time since you last moved.
- Information you enter: your goals, water logs, fasting sessions and optional profile details such as weight, used for the hydration goal calculator.
- Photos (add only): if you tap Save Image, the app saves an activity summary image to your photo library. It cannot read your photos.
2. Where your information is stored
All of this information is stored locally on your iPhone and Apple Watch, and shared between the app, its widgets and its Watch app on your device. The app has no account system and no servers, so we never receive, see or store it.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone.
- We do not use Apple Health data for advertising, marketing or data mining, and we never disclose it to third parties.
- The app contains no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking tools.
4. Your choices and deleting your data
- Change Health access anytime in iPhone Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices.
- Turn notifications on or off in the app or in iPhone Settings.
- Delete everything the app has stored with Settings › Delete All Local Data, or by deleting the app.
- Export your activity data as a file from Settings. You choose where it goes; we never receive it.
5. This website
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply. Our website host, Zoho, may process standard technical information such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site. [Update this section if analytics, cookies or forms are added.]
6. Children
The app is a general wellness app and is not directed at children under 13. Because it collects no personal data, we do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.

1. Wellness information, not medical advice
The app and website provide general wellness information about activity, hydration and fasting. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified health professional before starting a fasting routine or making changes to your diet or exercise, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or take medication. If you think you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
2. Accuracy
Step counts, distances and other figures come from your device's sensors and Apple Health and may not be exact. Recommendations such as water goals are general estimates.
3. Your license
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
4. Acceptable use
Don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, or use it or this website in any unlawful way.
5. Intellectual property
Vitablizz, the Vitablizz logo, the app and the content on this website belong to Vitablizz and are protected by law.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The app and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitablizz is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any health outcome, arising from your use of the app or website.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the app or these terms. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
